What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order details. We do not collect or store your card details directly — payments are processed by Yoco, which handles and secures that information independently.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, handle any returns or queries, and understand how customers use our site so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
- Yoco — to process your payment
- Our delivery courier — to deliver your order
- Google Analytics — to understand website traffic and usage (only if/once enabled)
We don’t sell your information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This can involve cookies and data being processed by Google, which may take place outside South Africa. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep order and financial records for 5 years, in line with SARS record-keeping requirements, and delete or anonymize other personal information once it’s no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp at 084 765 6448. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
