Delivery
We ship from Centurion, Gauteng, and deliver anywhere in South Africa.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Courier delivery – R80
Standard courier delivery costs R80 per order, with delivery in about 3–5 working days (often sooner in Gauteng). Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for outlying areas.
Bulky items – additional R350
Large items such as the 240L wheelie bin, stacking chairs (pack of 10) and the 90L heavy-duty bin carry an additional R350 bulky-item delivery charge. The total is shown automatically at checkout.
Free collection in Centurion
Choose “Collect in Centurion” at checkout and WhatsApp us on 084 765 6448 to arrange a collection time.
On delivery
Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect – send photos and we will sort it out. If a delivery fails because nobody is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Returns
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Faulty items are covered for 6 months – we will repair, replace or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
